Master of Ceremonies
Frank B. O’Neil is the Senior Vice-President and Chief Communications Officer for ProAssurance. Mr. O'Neil was the Senior Vice-President of Corporate Communications for Medical Assurance, ProAssurance's predecessor company, and has been employed by Medical Assurance and its subsidiaries since 1987. Prior to joining Medical Assurance, Mr. O'Neil spent 14 years in television news broadcasting and management in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham. He holds undergraduate degrees and graduate degrees from the University of Alabama and a Masters in Public and Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College, and he has served both institutions as an adjunct faculty member. He is a former member and Chairman of the Alabama Insurance Planning Commission and is currently the chairman of the Rating Agency Relations Committee of the Physician Insurers Association of America. Mr. O'Neil serves on the Board of Directors of National Security Corporation in Elba, Alabama and is a member of that company's Compensation Committee.
