Sponsorship Overview:

There are four sponsorship levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Capstone. Sponsors receive both “On-Site Benefits,” which occur on I-Day, and “Year-Round Benefits,” which occur throughout the year on campus at the University of Alabama. These sponsorship levels and corresponding benefits are detailed below. 

On-Site Benefits During I-Day:

The following benefits are available to all sponsors on Alabama I-Day: all conference sessions (including licensing CE credit), continental breakfast, coffee breaks and beverages throughout the day, luncheon meal, and featured speaker. Gold and Capstone Sponsors will receive invitations (two for Gold, four for Capstone) to the Gala Reception and Dinner honoring I-Day speakers and other dignitaries, on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. hosted at the University Club by the Alabama Insurance Planning Commission.

Bronze Sponsor--$600 Contribution

  • One (1) complimenary I-Day Registration

  • Recognition on the I-Day Website

  • Recogntiion in the I-Day Program

  • Acknowledged in several ways by The University of Alabama Program in Insurance & Financial Services, Risk Management, and Actuarial Science (IRMAS), as outlined below under “Year-Round Benefits."

Silver Sponsor--$1,000 Contribution

  • Two (2) complimentary I-Day Registration

  • Recognition on the I-Day Website

  • Recognition in the I-Day Program

  • Optional Exhibitor Booth at I-Day (1 6-foot table)

  • Recognition as a sponsor of a specific I-Day speaker

  • Acknowledged in several ways by The University of Alabama Program in Insurance & Financial Services, Risk Management, and Actuarial Science (IRMAS), as outlined below under “Year-Round Benefits.”

Gold Sponsor--$2,500 Contribution

  • Three (3) complimentary I-Day Registrations

  • Recognition on the I-Day Website

  • Recognition in the I-Day Program

  • Optional Exhibitor Booth at I-Day (1 6-foot table)

  • Recognition as a sponsor of a specific I-Day speaker

  • Two (2) complimentary company tickets to the AIPC Reception & Dinner (October 22, 2013)

  • Acknowledged in several ways by The University of Alabama Program in Insurance & Financial Services, Risk Management, and Actuarial Science (IRMAS), as outlined below unde “Year-Round Benefits.” 

Capstone Sponsor--$5,000 Contribution

  • Four (4) complimentary I-Day Registrations

  • Recognition on the I-Day Website

  • Recognition in the I-Day Program

  • Optional Exhibitor Booth at I-Day (1 6-foot table)

  • Recognition as a sponsor of a specific I-Day speaker

  • Recognition as a sponsor of a meal function or break

  • Four (4) complimentary company tickets to the AIPC Reception & Dinner (October 22, 2013)

  • Acknowledged in several ways by The University of Alabama Program in Insurance & Financial Services, Risk Management, and Actuarial Science (IRMAS), as outlined below under “Year-Round Benefits.”

 

 

Year-Round On-Campus Benefits

Sponsors also receive the following benefits throughout the year directly from The University of Alabama’s program in Insurance & Financial Services, Risk Management, and Actuarial Science (IRMAS).  Perhaps the best benefit is that proceeds are used to sponsor student-related activities including: scholarships, field trips, leadership training, Alabama Insurance Society meetings, distinguished visiting speakers, and attendance at industry meetings and activities.

Bronze Sponsor--$600 Contribution

  • Recognition on the Sponsorship Roll of Honor featured in Alston Hall, and elsewhere

Silver Sponsor--$1,000 Contribution

  • Recognition on the Sponsorship Roll of Honor featured in Alston Hall, and elsewhere

  • Recognition as a sponsor for one (1) table and four (4) student tickets at the AIS Kickoff Banquet

  • One (1) complimentary company ticket to the AIS Kickoff Banquet

  • Special program recognition

  • Preferred status in recruiting IRMAS students for internships and employment

Gold Sponsor--$2,500 Contribution

  • Recognition on the Sponsorship Roll of Honor featured in Alston Hall, and elsewhere

  • Recognition as a sponsor for one (1) table and eight (8) student tickets at the AIS Kickoff Banquet

  • One (1) seat at the head table at the AIS Kickoff Banquet and two (2) additional company tickets to the event.

  • Special program recognition

  • Preferred status in recruiting IRMAS students for internships and employment

  • Recognition at all AIS meetings and in all AIS publications

Capstone Sponsor--$5,000

  • Recognition on the Sponsorship Roll of Honor featured in Alston Hall, and elsewhere

  • Recognition as a sponsor for two (2) tables and ten (10) student tickets at the AIS Kickoff Banquet

  • One (1) seat at the head table at the AIS Kickoff Banquet and three (3) additional company tickets to the event.
