The ANFP conference will be held September 8-9, 2016 at the Bryant Conference Center
in Tuscaloosa, AL. The conference is designed to assist food service and health care
professionals meet their client's needs. The purpose of this conference is to:
• Provide an update on various conditions, situations, and products which affect the management of dietary departments
• Teach management skills applicable to any food service operation
• Deliver current information to enhance the profession and to share knowledge and experience
