Crimson Sigma, UA’s branded version of the well-known Six Sigma doctrine, helps participants to perform at their peak and better meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Like Six Sigma, Crimson Sigma teaches team members the best way to analyze and quantify each step of a given process in order to eliminate errors and inefficiencies. Participants in our Green Belt and Black Belt certification programs also acquire valuable skills in project management, teambuilding, navigating transitions, and other aspects of University leadership.
