William J. Rothwell, Ph.D., SPHR, CPLP Fellow is a professor of workforce education and development on the University Park campus of Penn State.  Rothwell worked in government and business as an HR professional for 20 years before he arrived at Penn State in 1993.  He has authored, coauthored, edited or co-edited 90 books and 200 articles on HR.  His latest books include:

Dr. Robert K. Prescott, SPHR has spent twenty years in industry and sixteen years teaching in academic positions. He is currently graduate faculty of management at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.  Prescott holds a B.S. in marketing from The University of Alabama and a Ph.D. in workforce education and development from The Pennsylvania State University.  Prescott co-authored the following books:
