Alabama DHR Supervisors Training

The training will be held at the Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa, June 17-18, 2019 and July 22-23, 2019.

The conference is designed for State of Alabama Department of Child Welfare supervisors. There will be a variety of breakout sessions featuring topics such as team building, safety, recruitment and permanency. The program is designed specifically for supervisors to help support best practices and the implementation of the State Program Improvement Plan (PIP).

DHR offers this training twice in order for supervisory staff attendance to be divided between the conferences. Half of the supervisors from each county should attend in June, and the other half attend in July.
