The following conference registration fees will include the following, for in-person attendees:
- Opening reception, featuring music by the Voodoo Saints
- Four continental breakfasts
- Four hot lunches
- All-day coffee breaks
- Hallowed Grounds Tour
- Closing dinner

Cancellations received after July 6, 2021, are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted after the program has begun. A substitute participant may be designated in place of a registrant who cannot attend.
