The registration fee for the main two-day conference is $295/person for October 19-20,
2017. The registration fee includes handout materials, refreshment breaks, continental
breakfast, daily lunch, and the reception. Participants are encouraged to bring their
spouses/guests to the evening reception at an additional fee of $25/person (to be
purchased in advance of event). Please specify on the Registration Form your plans
to attend the Reception and/or the need for guest ticket(s). This will ensure that
all ticket(s) for the reception will be included in the conference packets.
Early bird registration fee is $265/person for registrations received by September 19, 2017. A group discount is available for organizations sending three or more persons to same event. Group registrations must be submitted simultaneously for this discounted fee to apply.
A special conference registration fee for students (with proof of full-time student status) is $150/person.
Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis; some sessions may have class limits. Treasury regulations may permit an income tax deduction for educational expenses (registration fees, travel, meals and lodging) undertaken to maintain or improve professional skills.
Cancellations received after September 30, 2017 are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted after the program has begun. A substitute participant may be designated in place of a registrant who cannot attend.
Registration fees do not include lodging which is the responsibility of the participant.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency - The Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham at a special rate for program attendees. This hotel is the host site for the conference. Rooms may be reserved by calling 205-705-1234. Please identify yourself as a program participant when making your reservations.
CEU Certificates (noncredit) are available and will be emailed to participants at the end of the conference.
The conference has been submitted for HRCI and SHRM approval. Please refer back to this website closer to the conference for up to date approval status.
