The purpose of the Alabama Autism Conference is to build upon the vision of creating better services for individuals affected by ASD, educating medical professionals, service providers, and teachers by developing relationships across the state. Sponsoring at this level will ensure that Alabama brings conference speakers who are leading researchers and practitioners in the field of autism. Sponsors Receive:
While much progress is being made in our state to better understand ASD, autism remains a puzzling disorder. Sponsoring at this level will allow scholarships for 16 professionals to attend the conference. Sponsors Receive:
The puzzle pattern on the awareness ribbon reflects the mystery and complexity of ASD. The colors and shapes represent the diversity of the people, and families living with the condition. The brightness signals hope through increased awareness of autism. Sponsoring at this level will contribute in part to providing lunch and refreshments for conference attendees. Sponsors Receive:
The incidence of autism has increased greatly over the past 10 years. Today, 1 in every 50 individuals will be diagnosed with an ASD. While no cause or cure is known, we do know that early treatment and intervention is key to reaching one’s full potential. Sponsoring at this level will provide printing of materials for conference participants. Sponsors Receive:
Very simply, the autism community believes that children and adults affected by ASD are angels. Sponsoring at this level will provide scholarships for 5 parents or professionals to attend the conference. Sponsors Receive:
As an exhibitor you can expect:
The Exhibitor fee covers one registration package to include handout materials made available by presenters. Be sure to indicate the person selected to attend the program on the registration form; each additional personnel at the booth is $150.
Note: The total number of exhibit booths available is limited. Please be sure to reserve your space as soon as possible!
Setup times are Thursday, February 21, 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. or Friday, February 22, 6:00 - 7:00 a.m. Dedicated Exhibit time: 7:00 - 8:00 a.m., 9:30 - 9:45 a.m., 11:00 - 11:15 a.m., 3:00 - 3:30 p.m. Refreshment breaks, continental breakfast and lunch is included in your registration fee.
