Jim Page serves as Executive Vice President of MartinFederal Consulting (MartinFed), a Huntsville, Alabama-based government contractor that provides advanced cybersecurity, information technology, and mission support solutions to numerous federal agencies. He leads the company’s government relations efforts, manages corporate, community, and organizational partnerships, and oversees strategic marketing and communications as a member of MartinFed’s executive leadership team. Jim supervises the Mission Support Services business unit, playing a central role in all aspects of business administration, human resources, and strategic engagement with federal government customers, including NASA, the Department of Justice, and the Department of Defense. He also serves as President of XCEL, a wholly owned subsidiary of MartinFed, overseeing all aspects of business operations, personnel management, and engagement with its federal customer base within the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense.  Jim serves as the chairman of Launch, a business-led regional partnership focused on public-private collaboration to enhance economic prosperity throughout nine counties in north Alabama and southern Tennessee. He represents Alabama’s fifth congressional district on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Corridor and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Business Council of Alabama. Jim also chairs the City of Huntsville Music Board and is an active member of the Huntsville Committee of 100.  Prior to joining MartinFed, Jim spent more than 20 years as a chamber of commerce executive, including 11 years as President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Under his leadership, the chamber was named the 2021 Chamber of the Year by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. Jim served as chairman of the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama and is a past recipient of both the Alabama Chamber Professional of the Year Award and the Jamie Wallace Award. Preceding his tenure in Tuscaloosa, he served nine years as Vice President of Public Policy and Business Development with the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce.  Jim is a graduate of Leadership Alabama, the Alabama Leadership Initiative, Leadership Morgan County, Leadership Tuscaloosa, and Flagship – Leadership Greater Huntsville. Jim graduated from the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management (IOM) and holds the professional designations of Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) and Alabama Accredited Chamber Executive (AACE). He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and marketing from the University of North Alabama and serves as a member of its Board of Trustees.  Jim and his wife, Sara, are the proud parents of two daughters, Elly (16) and Emery (6).
