2024 Alabama Department of Human Resources Supervisors’ Training Conference

• June 24-26, 2024 at the Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa
• July 15-17, 2024 at the Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa at Grand National

DHR offers this training twice in order for supervisory staff attendance to be divided between the conferences. Half of the supervisors from each county should attend in June, and the other half attend in July.

Who Should Attend?

The conference is designed for State of Alabama Department of Child Welfare Supervisors. There will be a variety of breakout sessions featuring topics such as team building, safety, recruitment and permanency. The program is designed specifically for supervisors to help support best practices and the implementation of the State Program Improvement Plan (PIP).

Social Workers will receive CE credits from the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners.
