Do you provide any opportunities to earn continuing education units (CEUs) in my field?
Most of the programs hosted through the Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning department provide CEUs. The program and content will determine which governing organizations approve CEUs. Since each program is different, each program website will provide CEU information specific to that curriculum.
Will the workshop be online or in person?
Each program is different! Check the program website for specifics on delivery format.
What is included in my registration fee?
Depending on the program, the registration fee could cover CEUs, learning materials, subject-matter experts, meals and/or refreshments. Please look at the conference website and agenda for program specifics.

How do I register?
A direct link to registration for a program will be hosted on the program website and can be completed online. If you have previously registered through the online system and have forgotten your password, or if you have issues completing the online registration, please call UA Registration Services at 205-348-3000 to register by phone. The team is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.

I registered but didn’t receive a confirmation. What can I do?
Check your spam or junk email folders for the confirmation email. The email confirmation is sent from registration_services@ua.edu. Add this email address to your safe-sender list to receive future email communication.
What do I receive upon completion of a course/program?
While each program is different, the goal is to deliver high-quality curriculum that engages learners and provides continuing education opportunities. Participants will be asked to complete any necessary documentation (i.e., surveys) to confirm participation and award appropriate credit. Once the documentation has been verified, participants will be emailed their certificate and/or CEUs.
