It is very important that the person who is going to take the exam reads all of the information on this website before registering for an exam. Only the person taking an exam should complete the registration form. You should not register someone else. If there is an error in the registration, all registration fees will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.
Note: If you register for an exam that you are ineligible to take, your fee cannot be refunded.
After carefully reviewing all information on regulations and procedures, click on the registration link at the bottom of the page. On the next page, scroll down to view all locations, dates, and times. Select your desired location, date, and time by clicking on the link. Determine which exam for which you need to register, Producer or Adjuster; and select the exam you would like to take. This will begin the online registration process.
If you register for an exam that you are ineligible to take, you will forfeit the fee, and must submit another online registration and fee (in accordance with Section 27-7-4.3(b), Code of Alabama 1975). See Requirements for more information.
If you have never tested before, you will need to create a new account. The email address you use will be kept on file and connected with your record in the system. We will also send confirmation messages and receipts to that email address. Each person testing needs to have their own email address and create their own account. Multiple people cannot use the same email address to register for an exam.
If you have tested before, use the same email address as before to log in to your account. If you’ve forgotten the password, we offer a password reset function.
Registration requires a credit card. If you are using a debit card or a prepaid credit card, your charge will show up twice. This is not a duplicate charge: one is the charge, and one is a pending balance that will be removed in 3-5 days on debit cards and 15-20 days on prepaid credit cards. This is something your charge card company does, not The University of Alabama. See more information about payments and fees below. Registration fee will show up on Credit Card Statement as UAPROFDEV.
You must register seven days in advance of the day you wish to test, before midnight. Our system updates at night to remove closed sessions from being displayed. Some dates may still show as available, but will actually be closed at checkout. You will not be successfully registered for a closed session.
PLEASE NOTE: You are not registered until you receive an email confirming that we have received your payment. Therefore, please make sure you enter your email address carefully so you are able to receive this confirmation. These emails are computer-generated, so please check your junk or spam mail folder if you have not received confirmation. If you are registering for the first time, you will receive two email confirmations. The first confirms that you have created an account with our system and have been given a username and password; the second will confirm your payment. Please remember the email you’ve used and the password to use with future registrations.
These tests are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Each time you schedule a test, you must pay a registration fee. Once an exam is scheduled and fee is received, you may not change the type of exam, the date, the time, or the location. In the event that you are too late or absent, a registration was created with errors, or any other incorrect exam registration issue, you will forfeit the registration fee. In any of these cases, you must register again online and pay the fee again online. In the event of an illness or emergency you must provide proof on official letterhead within 30 days in order to have your test rescheduled.
The above fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Registration fee will show up on credit card statement as UAPROFDEV.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, covered individuals may be eligible for reasonable accommodations. To request accommodations, please provide proof on official letterhead of your disability and accommodation requested. Requests should be submitted seven working days prior to your scheduled test. Medical documentation must be signed, dated and no more than one year old. These requests should be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or you may send documentation via fax to 205-348-8505.
Thank you for reading the requirements and regulations for the exam. The registration link below will send you to another part of our website which will display available testing dates, times, and locations.
