State of Alabama Insurance Testing Denied Admission

Once the exam is scheduled online and you have paid, you may not change your exam date, time or exam site.

If you do not appear on the correct date, at the correct time, or at the correct exam site indicated, you automatically forfeit the exam fee.  An absence does not count as an exam attempt.  An attempt is counted only if you take the exam and receive a grade.

PLEASE NOTE: Use the address provided on the receipt that you received after registering when trying to locate your testing location.

If you register for an exam that you are ineligible to take, you forfeit the fee and must submit another registration and fee.

If you are late, by the local time at the test location, you automatically forfeit the exam fee.

You may not substitute another person for your registration. Children are not allowed in the testing facility.

Exceptions may be granted, but only in the case of a medical emergency, an auto accident, or an immediate family death (employee’s spouse, parents, stepparents, sisters, brothers, children, stepchildren, grandparents, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, or grandchild).  For exception consideration, please email documentation to insurance@ua.edu within 30 days of original test date.
